A unique project featuring a façade entirely clad with curtain walls, glazed with insulating glass units in various compositions (6-14-10 | 6-18-6 | 6+6/16/6). In the office floors, solar control glazing of the Solarban 60 on OptiGrey type from Vitro (USA) was used, triple sliver layers that provide 50% light transmittance, 28% energy transmittance, and exceptionally low reflectivity of only 8%. To create the unique reflective appearance, an additional layer of Ultra Clear glass was added to the insulating glass units in order to apply a negative dot print with 80% coverage, featuring transparent dots with a diameter of 2 mm. This design achieves the desired architectural aesthetic from the outside while still allowing occupants to see out and enjoy natural light inside the building. The commercial floor was glazed with insulating glass units in the compositions 8-16-6 and 8-12-10, respectively, according to the size of the units. These glass units feature solar control glazing of the SN 70/37 HT type by Guardian, with 69% light transmittance and 36% energy transmittance.
