An open shopping center in western Rishon Lezion, which includes 23,000 square meters – of which 7,000 square meters are fashion stores, and the remaining area is designated for leisure – cafes, restaurants, etc.
The building facades are covered with structural curtain walls made of insulated glazing in configurations 8-16-10 and 8-16-6 with SN 70/37 HT solar control glass by GUARDAIN, offering 69% light transmission and 37% solar factor with low iron glass. The elevator shaft is covered with a spider curtain wall with multi-layered glass panels (8+8) and a PVB interlayer with holes. Additionally, a full ceramic print in black was applied to the upper part of the shaft, providing a frame, from which a gradient dot print in the same color descends.
