A residential building with a commercial wing facing a public passageway connects the Louis Promenade to President Avenue. The building has 9 floors, offering a panoramic view of Mount Carmel and the sea.
The project features a building façade with a structural curtain wall system manufactured by Extal, Model Matrix, incorporating an exterior glazing with solar control properties, Solarban Z-50 by Vitro, based on OptiGrey low-emissivity glass with 51% light transmittance, 32% energy transmittance, and exceptionally low exterior reflectivity (8%). The 8mm thick LOW E glass is integrated into an insulating glass unit with a layer configuration of 88.4/16/8 or 68.4/16/10, featuring ceramic dot patterns. Additionally, the LOW E glass is used in various configurations depending on the size of the openings in each apartment.
