The INTRO complex serves as an excellent example of a modern and sought-after office complex in Netanya. The complex is located on Kader Street, adjacent to the city’s train station, about 2-6 minutes from Highways 2 and 4. The complex spans about 15.5 acres and includes a commercial floor and five office floors.
The building’s facades are covered with structural curtain walls made of double glazing with compositions of 6-12-6 and 6-16-6 with VISION 50T solar control glass manufactured by AGC, offering 49% light transmission and a 30% solar factor. Additionally, there are double-glazed units with a 6-16-6 composition, featuring an external low iron glass and a double ceramic print on pane #3 to give the glass a completely opaque appearance. The combination of the two types of glazing in the curtain walls gives the building a unique appearance. On the ground floor, there are double-glazed windows with a 6+6 composition and a PVB interlayer. Inside the building, railings with 12+12 laminated glass and an exceptionally strong SGP interlayer were installed.
