The “NEXT” complex is architecturally designed with a groundbreaking design and offers 5 floors with approximately 1,600 square meters of office space. For the first time in the park, it features a leisure and entertainment area, including commercial spaces for leasing cafes, restaurants, a gym, and more.
The building’s facades are covered with structural curtain walls made of insulated glazing in various configurations. The office floors(levels) themselves consist of 6-20-6 and 6-16-10 glazing units with SKN 144 solar control glass by SANIT-GOBAIN, offering 42% light transmission and 23% solar factor. The use of this glass is essential for the operational efficiency of the building, providing significant energy savings during the hot summer months of the desert climate and creating a comfortable working environment for the office tenants, with a substantial reduction in sunlight penetration. In the spandrel areas of the office floors, a ceramic print in a gray tone has been applied to conceal the concrete beams separating the floors. The commercial floor is made up of 6-20-6 and 6-14-6 glazing units with SKN 176 solar control glass by SANIT-GOBAIN, offering 70% light transmission and 37% solar factor.
