In the spandrel areas of the office floors, a ceramic print in a gray tone has been applied to conceal the concrete beams separating the floors. The commercial floor is made up of 6-20-6 and 6-14-6 glazing units with SKN 176 solar control glass by SANIT-GOBAIN, offering 70% light transmission and 37% solar factor.
