A complex of 5 interconnected buildings has been designed at MATAM Industrial Park, The construction of the first building was completed and occupied in 2018, with office floors.
The project features various building façades, clad in curtain walls made by KALIL, Manhattan 8300 series, totaling 9,000 m² of structural curtain walls combined with concealed windows and exit doors. The curtain walls on the office floors, facing south, west, and east, are glazed with a double-glazed unit of 6-16-6, featuring an external Solar Control glass called Stopray Vision 60T on ClearVision, manufactured by AGC. Alongside (#3) of the double-glazed unit, there is a ceramic print of 2mm diagonal dots covering 35% of the surface and is applied in various shades, according to the façades. The northern façade is glazed with a double-glazed unit of 6-20-6, featuring external Solar Control glass called SunStop Silver 20T by Trosch, with unique software properties. The glass offers 18% light transmission and 28% external reflectivity, giving the building a silver and distinctive appearance. The commercial floors are glazed with a double-glazed unit of 10-20-10, featuring external Solar Control glass called Sunguard SN 70/35 by Guardian. The building’s railings have been installed using a cantilevered method, with two 12mm thick panes of glass bonded with SGP adhesive film.
