The Shatit Officity Building is located in the luxurious city of Haifa, near the Check Post at the entrance to the Carmel Tunnels and Highway 22. The prestigious building consists of 6 office floors, a commercial floor, and 2 underground parking levels.
The project features various building façades, covered with curtain walls made by Alubin Aluminum Industries, CW55 series, totaling 4,000 m² of semi-structural curtain walls combined with concealed windows and exit doors to balconies. The curtain walls on the office floors are glazed with a double-glazed unit of 6-14-6, featuring external Solar Control glass called Sunguard SN 51/28, manufactured by Guardian, with a 6mm thickness.
