The Romema 40 residential complex consists of two buildings with 8 to 14 floors, designed in an urban and innovative architectural style. The two buildings blend harmoniously with the outline of Tzahala, creating an intimate and picturesque atmosphere.
A residential building with a combined cladding of stone and glass. The glass cladding was executed using insulating glass units in the compositions 6/24/8 and 8/27/10, featuring solar control glazing of the SN 70/37 HT type by Guardian, with 69% light transmittance and 36% energy transmittance. Additionally, manual/fixed integral blinds shading devices and electric blinds manufactured by Pellini were installed within the insulating glass units. The installation of the shading devices provides the building’s residents with full control over the shading of their apartments, with the ability to control the blinds from within the apartment. Furthermore, the blinds enhance the insulation of the glass units’ ability to filter energy.
