The Gav-Yam Science Park in Rehovot, located in the industrial area of Ness Ziona and Rehovot, is a biotech and business park characterized by many life sciences companies. Thanks to its status and its partnership with the Weizmann Institute of Science, the park has gained international recognition. The building façades are covered with structural curtain walls made of multi-layered (triplex) double-glazed units in a 6+6-16-6 configuration, featuring external Solar Control glass called VISION 50T, manufactured by AGC, with 49% light transmission and 30% solar factor. The external glass has a unique gradient dot print in white, pan #2 on low iron glass. This distinctive print creates a white frame around each part of the building, gradually fading inward toward the center of the curtain wall.
