The hotel, located in the heart of the Talbiya neighborhood in Jerusalem, offers 90 deluxe rooms, including 20 spacious and luxurious suites with a stunning, panoramic view of southern Jerusalem.
The project features façades clad with a combination of stone and glass. The glass cladding was executed using insulating glass units in varying compositions depending on the size of the openings (6-16-6 | 8-16-8 | 6-18-6, and other compositions), with solar control glazing of the SN 70/37 HT type from Guardian, offering 69% light transmittance and 36% energy transmittance. The aluminum systems in the building are minimalist and require insulated glass units with Hi-Finity glazing to provide a clean and seamless appearance. Manufacturing these insulated glass units requires high skill and precision to achieve an ideal result that integrates perfectly with the minimalist aluminum system.
