The Mevasseret business center includes two boutique buildings and a modern shared parking garage. The buildings were constructed to a high standard, featuring stylish and spacious lobbies, large windows with scenic balconies, and sun shading systems. All these elements provide design flexibility, optimal use of office space, and a high-quality, advanced work environment.
The project features façades clad with a combination of stone and glass. The glass cladding was executed using insulating glass units in the composition 6-20-6, with a solar control glazing of the Solarban 60 type, based on grey-tinted glass from Vitro (USA). This glazing has three coating layers, providing 50% light transmittance and only 28% energy transmittance. The use of this type of glazing gives the building a unique appearance due to its exceptionally low reflectivity of only 8%. Additionally, in some sections of the building, insulating glass units with a ceramic dot pattern in black, covering 50% of the surface, were applied to provide additional shading.
